MEET Delaney Hochstetler

Delaney is a Fort Wayne native and REALTOR® for Coldwell Banker Realty Group. Growing up with a passion and love for homes, it wasn’t long before Delaney landed a job in interior design which led to her becoming a realtor in 2023. Today, she guides her buyers and sellers through each real estate step with ease and organization while always looking for ways to provide the best service, marketing, and care for her clients. 

A hard-working mother of one, Delaney and her husband have been married since 2021 and live in Auburn, IN. “Being a part of the Fort Wayne area my whole life has truly made me feel like I couldn’t live anywhere else. The strong sense of family and community is just so inviting, and I would love to help anyone who would love to plant their roots here!”
